Effective supply chain management requires transparency and rapid decision-making capabilities within the warehouse. This study presents the development of a multi-platform smart warehouse management system (web and mobile application) and the integration of an AI Virtual Assistant to optimize warehouse processes. The system is built on a secure architecture where a Node.js backend acts as a coordinator, processing complex operational data. The AI Virtual Assistant (utilizing Google Dialogflow CX) acts as the intelligent core, enabling users to make fast decisions by providing instant action recommendations based on real-time data querying. The integrated virtual assistant allows users to query information using natural language and receive continuous support in all warehouse management activities. Users can access and manage the warehouse from anywhere via the web interface or mobile application, which helps minimize errors, enhance productivity, and increase flexibility. The research focuses on developing the analytical and intelligent communication capabilities of the AI Virtual Assistant, illustrating its potential to convert warehouse data into instant support for managers.
