In the context of the rapidly expanding vehicle care service industry, car care centers are encountering increasing challenges in management and customer experience optimization. This study aims to design and develop a Smart Car Spa Management System (SCSMS) to address these issues through a comprehensive and technology-driven approach. The proposed system adopts a monolithic architecture with a layered structure, implemented using Spring Boot 3.5.4 and Java 21. It employs PostgreSQL for database management, Redis for caching, AWS S3 for file storage, and integrates PayOS to facilitate secure online payments. To ensure cross-platform accessibility, the system includes both a web application (built with Next.js and React) and a mobile application (developed with React Native and Expo), delivering a seamless user experience across devices. The system provides essential functionalities such as automated booking management, service and product administration, inventory control, order and payment processing, service workflow tracking, multi-branch management, and role-based access control. A key highlight of the system is the integration of an AI-powered chatbot, which assists customers in efficiently searching for products, services, and available booking slots. Experimental results indicate that the SCSMS significantly optimizes management processes, enhances operational efficiency, improves customer satisfaction, and supports managerial decision-making through comprehensive analytical and statistical reporting.
