In the digital transformation era, the development of online booking systems is a necessity to meet the needs for convenience and efficiency in passenger transport. This paper presents the design and implementation of a cloud-based train ticket booking system using AWS services. Built with ReactJS and Next.js for the frontend and Prisma ORM connected to MySQL on RDS, the system provides key features such as seat selection, payment via ZaloPay or MoMo, and ticket delivery via email with QR code integration. The system ensures performance under high user loads through load testing with K6. The deployment experience and system architecture are discussed.
