Developing a Yarn Manufacturing Management System Integrating Event-driven Architecture and Spatial Verification
Tóm tắt
This paper presents the design and implementation of a real-time Manufacturing Execution System (MES) specifically tailored for the Brotex yarn factory. Traditional monolithic manufacturing management systems often encounter issues with information latency and difficulties in controlling large-scale personnel. To address these challenges, this study proposes an architecture that combines an Event-Driven Architecture using WebSocket Secure (WSS) via Laravel Reverb and a Geolocation management mechanism applying the Haversine formula. The system provides solutions to prevent Race Conditions through Pessimistic Locking and incorporates Poka-yoke mechanisms in resource allocation. Experimental results demonstrate that the system completely eliminates latency in Production Order (PO) transmission, achieving a response time of under 500ms, while simultaneously preventing 100\% of location spoofing attempts in personnel management.
