Psychological Disorder is a set of problems related to behavioral, emotional, and cognitive disorders of humans. Causing suffering or impaired function in aspects of life such as work, social activities, family, etc. In Vietnam, the rate of people with psychological disorders is 14.9%, with more than 15 million people suffering from the disease. Of which, depression and anxiety disorders account for 5-6% of the population. The rate of children with psychological disorders is 12%, equivalent to more than 3 million children with the disease [7]. Treatment technologies related to psychological problems today have not been popularized until now. Therefore, the SolarHealth system will help research and support patients with this symptom, the system applies AI technology to manage and support patients to receive 1-1 consultation directly with doctors. The system is running on multiple web and mobile platforms, with just one device that can connect to the network environment, the patient can fully use the service. The application allows communication between patients and doctors to become closer with an intuitive interface. In the future, the system will integrate AI technology to predict possible diseases in users and more importantly, the system will be easily disseminated to users.
