The job search web application is designed to enhance the connection between employers and candidates through a smart and user-friendly platform. Employers can post job vacancies and search for potential candidates based on specific requirements such as position, location, and skills. Candidates can update personal information, and search for part-time jobs or internships. The system applies TF-IDF and Cosine Similarity techniques to calculate relevance scores, recommending suitable jobs to candidates based on their profiles and skills. Likewise, it suggests appropriate candidates to employers based on job descriptions. To enhance interaction, the system integrates Socket.IO for real-time messaging between employers and candidates, improving communication during the recruitment process. The platform is developed using NextJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, and PostgreSQL, and uses JWT for secure authentication and user data protection. In the future, the system plans to expand with features that support safe transactions and ensure the rights of both employers and candidates
