In the era of digital transformation, traditional travel booking methods are becoming outdated due to inefficiencies, lack of instant updates, and limited customer engagement. This study presents “Travel TADA,” a smart online tour booking system that integrates AI chatbot support and a hybrid recommendation engine. The platform is developed using modern web technologies, offering real-time tour information, secure payments via VNPay, and 24/7 chatbot assistance through Botpress. The recommendation engine employs TF-IDF, Cosine Similarity, and SVD to provide personalized suggestions. Additionally, a management dashboard supports administrative operations such as tour and booking management, customer analysis, and performance monitoring. Results demonstrate reduced booking time, high satisfaction with chatbot responses, and improved operational accuracy. The system is designed for scalability and future integration of predictive analytics.
