In today's digital age, the application of information technology in customer management and care has become increasingly essential, especially in the healthcare sector. The project "Building a Customer Management Website for a Dental Clinic" was implemented to modernize the customer management process, improve service quality, and facilitate the tracking of medical history. The main goal of the project is to design and develop a user-friendly website system that is easy to use and fulfills core functions such as managing customer information, appointment scheduling, medical records, and supporting interaction between patients and the clinic. Additionally, the system must assist administrators in monitoring the number of customers, generating service usage statistics, and exporting reports when necessary. From a technical standpoint, the system is built using commonly adopted and easy-to-deploy technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the user interface; and PHP along with MySQL for server-side processing and database management. Frameworks like Bootstrap are used to ensure the website is responsive and displays well across various devices, from computers to smartphones. User data security is also emphasized through authentication mechanisms, access control, and periodic data backups. The development process of the system includes key stages such as conducting a real-world requirements survey at the clinic, analyzing and designing the system, building and testing the application, followed by deployment and user training. During the survey phase, the development team gathered feedback from staff and doctors to fully understand actual needs, from which appropriate data flow diagrams, database structures, and interfaces were developed. The benefits of the system are highly practical, helping reduce paperwork, increase professionalism in customer service, and allow customers to proactively monitor their personal information and save time when making appointments. At the same time, the reporting and statistics features allow clinic managers to grasp the operational situation quickly and accurately. This project is not only technically meaningful but also highly applicable, aligning with the current digital transformation trends in the healthcare industry.
